(Took me a while to remember my IJ password, heh.) I like that picture of Jim running Blair's dates through the criminal database, Blair running Jim's dates, Megan joining in to run Jim's date... And it's really nice to see Megan a lot here; she's such a vivid character.

“He wants normal. Mindy is everything he finds attractive in me, wrapped up in a woman.”

That would be such a Jim thing to do, subconsciously. And it makes my heart wobbly for both guys, so nicely angsty.

Perhaps a board to the head approach was needed.

Heh heh heh. Yep.

Lifting up and whispering seductively into Jim's ear Blair said, "Jim, the day you don't make things more complicated than they have to be is the day I will worry."

::loves:: So very true.

I like watching Blair work things out in his head, and go from not saying anything -- assuming Jim knew and didn't want him -- to conceding the field, to deciding he needed to take a stand, to testing the waters, to hitting Jim over the head with that kiss board.

“I wanted Chief, I just never thought I could have you. -- Sweet, unobservant Jim. (And the image of the guys together on the bed is very hot to me -- I like so much that it's just not immediate go-all-the-way, but exploring, both fast and slow at the same time.)
