I like Blair calculating how long to stay before wearing out his welcome and taking that into consideration. I like how his friends see him as ready to leave - cut his ties. I like how Jim just wants Blair to get it and for Blair to do the work of asking if he can stay, but Blair doesn't and Jim has to make the effort.
